Engagement Thankyou Card Wording

Here is a recipe to use carrots

Wash, peel 600g carrots, cut into slices
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil
Add carrots, 25 cl orange juice ½ teaspoon cumin powder and 2 tablespoons parsley
Salt and pepper cover and simmer 15 minutes
Cool
Prepare a dressing with 2 tablespoons of orange juice, juice of ½ lemon 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper Pour over
carrots and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon poppy seed

can replace the cumin seeds anise
