after carrots workshop went well "the land is low" even when that is where we see the work .....
I spend a recipe to be enjoyed as an aperitif all been asked not to forget the thank you Pradettes
; carrot cake
3 eggs, 100g sugar, sunflower oil, 20cl, 250g flour, 1 packet of yeast, 400g carrots rapped, 100 grams Grape currants, coffee 2cuii cinnamon, 1 pinch of nutmeg
preheat your oven to 180)
beat eggs with sugar until the mixture is pale and doubled in volume
add cinnamon oil, nutmeg, stir.
Stir flour and baking mix gently, put the carrots and raisins mix gently
pour in buttered and floured pan and bake about 45 minutes after oven
good tasting
